By 9 October 2026, NSCC members are encouraged to complete regression testing and confirm data continuity for existing CNS machine-readable output reports and the MT570 Intraday Position Change message, where applicable. If DTCC receives no attestation or issue notification, it will treat the firm as having completed testing with no outstanding readiness issue.

Cboe will run its second 2026 business-continuity pre-test across BYX, BZX, EDGA, EDGX, Cboe Options, C2 Options and CFE. Systems will start at the Secaucus primary site and fail over to the Chicago secondary site, with all symbols available for order entry.

CME deployable margin software minimum-version deadline

CME Clearing members must run deployable margin software version 3.2.6 or later by 12 October 2026. Support for earlier versions will end after the production cutover. Version 3.2.11 is available as an optional incremental patch, but any supported build from 3.2.6 upward satisfies the minimum-version requirement.

CFTC true-perpetual conversion no-action relief expires

The CFTC Division of Market Oversight’s temporary no-action position for designated contract markets converting existing perpetual-style broad-based security-index futures into true perpetual futures expires. DCMs relying on the relief must have completed the required customer feedback, advance notice, exit opportunity, risk disclosures and Rule 40.5 or 40.6 filing steps.

Comments close on FICC filing SR-FICC-2026-010, which took immediate effect and updates the shared DTC, FICC and NSCC Clearing Agency Risk Management Framework. The revisions add disclosures on core-service-provider risk, stakeholder councils, recovery and wind-down planning, governance and conflict-of-interest controls, alongside structural and administrative updates.

Eurex Project UNO GC Pooling collateral migration

Eurex Clearing and Clearstream carry out the Project UNO migration for GC Pooling and GC Pooling Re-Use collateral on 24 October 2026. Open exposures settling through 6-series accounts are scheduled to move to Clearstream Banking Luxembourg settlement accounts, including collateral reused for Eurex margining.
